Wale Adejuyigbe is a people, product, and places developer with a multifaceted career spanning human resources, management consulting, and organizational development.

He is a seasoned management consultant, organization development trainer, and human resource practitioner who has successfully led numerous interventions in the areas of performance management, organizational design, logistics, and workforce activation across diverse companies in Nigeria.

Wale currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Sales Insight Nigeria, a performance and sales coaching firm focused on enhancing the experience and prospecting capabilities of sales professionals and businesses.

Prior to this, he held the position of Head of Operations at Driving Solution Nigeria Limited, where he also functioned as the Lead Trainer/Consultant, specializing in safe and defensive driving practices, poise, and maintenance culture for corporate drivers.

With a strong background in human capacity development, Wale has delivered impactful interventions for leading organizations such as Nestlé, Airtel, Ardova PLC, Neconde Energy, Citibank, Lagos State Government, among several other medium-sized enterprises.

He is also an experienced educational consultant, having worked with various schools for over a decade. His areas of expertise include staff management, population growth strategies, quality assurance, debt management, and parent engagement. His contributions have positively impacted over 75 schools nationwide, significantly increasing their student populations and enhancing administrative efficiency.

Academically, Wale holds a first degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from Olabisi Onabanjo University, and a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Lagos.

He is GPHR-certified under the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in the United States and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Supply Chain Management, specializing in Business Process Reengineering and Quality Program Management.

As a consumer psychologist and management trainer, Wale is a member of the Association of Consumer Psychologists in the U.S., with a core focus on business negotiation and consumer behavior. He is also a child psychologist and family life practitioner, offering unique insights into how emotions and thoughts shape family dynamics.

Often referred to as Coach Wale, he is recognized for his transformative coaching style, impacting individuals, families, organizations, churches, fellowships, and schools alike.

He is the founder of High Impact Life and Leadership (HILL), a life and leadership development platform for communities, campuses, and secondary school students. Through this initiative, he has mentored over 600 children and youths, with the number steadily growing.

Wale also runs several online platforms where he coaches individuals, sales professionals, school proprietors, administrators, and HR professionals daily.

He is married to Temitayo Adejuyigbe (founder of @tasclothiers), a fashion entrepreneur, and together they are blessed with two children: Charis and Daniel.
